Open Booth

Open booths are very popular and allow more people to participate in group shots.  Since nothing is behind a curtain, open booths are more social and onlookers can watch event guests posing with their props.

Enclosed Booth

An enclosed booth, depending on the size requested, consists of a curtained tent or pipe-and-drape enclosure.  Enclosed booths have the advantage of masking most of the light from the camera strobes.   This may be desirable when the booth is located in the reception hall or any place flashes are unwelcome.  The standard 5'x5' enclosure has the disadvantage of only allowing 4 guests inside at one time.  Closed booths are not available for proms or other events involving mostly minors.
